Skims RPO Upload Monitor: Automating File Management and Error Handling Inside NetSuite

We built the RPO Upload Monitor as a purpose-built NetSuite interface that automates the upload process, validates files before they enter the system, and provides real-time visibility across all active and historical uploads.

• Drag-and-drop upload interface with CSV validation that rejects invalid file formats before they reach NetSuite, preventing the most common source of downstream errors.
• Real-time progress tracking with a live progress bar and instant error notifications, so issues are surfaced at the moment they occur rather than discovered later.
• Custom NetSuite record creation from each successful upload, integrating directly into existing NetSuite workflows without manual intervention.
• Advanced filtering by file name, employee, Celigo acceptance status, and date gives team leads and managers a clear view of upload activity across the organisation.
• Concurrent upload support without performance degradation, allowing multiple team members to upload simultaneously.
• Export functionality for upload logs and error reports, enabling further analysis outside the platform.

The tool was built to integrate directly with Skims' existing NetSuite environment and Celigo middleware setup, meaning the automation layer slotted into existing workflows rather than replacing them. Validation rules were configured around Skims' specific RPO file requirements, and the filtering and oversight tools were designed around how team leads actually monitor upload activity.

Outcomes across the file management workflow:
